In preparing the Strategic Plan 2020-2024, we took into account the theme of European Local Democracy Week. In order to build trust in local democracy, we planned 5 years of the city with a collective work. A long preparatory phase was carried out. Various surveys were applied to citizens. A comprehensive stakeholder analysis and situation analysis was conducted. As a result of all these efforts, the Strategic Plan 2020-2024 was created with citizens, municipal employees, associations and NGOs. These studies lasted about 5 months and we have included the idea of people from every opinion.
At the meeting held during the European Local Democracy Week, the Strategic Plan 2020-2024, the product of collective work, was shared with the public.
