In 2019, Lüleburgaz Municipality carried out a joint project with Rezekne, Latvia. In the project, which lasted for one year, 180 children were simultaneously trained in painting, music and ceramics. The two cities and their children visited each other. When selecting the children to be educated, it was examined whether they were in the disadvantaged group or not. A two-day festival was held on 29-30 November 2019. Children exhibited the talents they developed within the scope of education. In the event, dance performances, painting-ceramic exhibitions, rhythm, guitar, piano, violin, ballet performance, solo performances, play events, puppet production, workshops, drama and stage performances were performed.
