In particular, the ELDW was illustrated during a meeting, organized in cooperation with the new office of the Council of Europe in Morocco and with the support of the Directorate General of Local Authorities of the Ministry of the Interior, was held at the Yacht Club Salé (urban community of Rabat) Tuesday, July 10, 2012, chaired by Fathallah Oualalou, Mayor of Rabat.
