« Polignano R- evolution » takes part in the European Local Democracy Week - a paneuropean event coordinated by the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe - as « Partner association »
The association " Polignano R -Evolution " , born in 2011, has among its objectives the promotion of active citizenship stuatuarie encouraging the involvement of citizens in Polignano a Mare in the decisions of public institutions using methods of participatory democracy , inspired by the principles of honesty , legality , ethics, secularism , competence and transparency. Some of the activities carried out by the association, we highlight participation SERR, information booths campaign on water common good, promotion of open meetings to citizenship to members of the Italian Parliament, cooperation in various initiatives aimed at promoting and protecting of human rights.
