The participants were young people from central Ukraine and students from Secondary School No. 3 in Bydgoszcz. The aim of the project was to foster Bydgoszcz’s relations with its Ukrainian twin towns through the education and integration of young people aged 14-18. The programme of the bilingual Polish-Ukrainian School of Cultural Diplomacy sought to familiarise pupils with the culture of both countries and to use cultural awareness as an instrument of mutual communication and understanding.
The participants were young people from Central Ukraine and students from the Secondary School No.3 in Bydgoszcz. The aim of the project was to foster Bydgoszcz’ relations with Ukrainian partner cities through education and integration of young people aged 14-18. The program of the bilingual Polish-Ukrainian Cultural Diplomacy School envisaged getting familiar with the culture of both countries and aimed at shaping cultural awareness as an instrument of mutual communication and understanding.
