Open and Democratic Governance and Administrative Services Study Tour in Bydgoszcz

In order to support Ukraine, which is undergoing systemic transformation, the city of Bydgoszcz will host a study visit for members of local governments from Ukraine. They will learn about the local self-government system, including customer service, city hall structure, the electronic voting system, the City Council’s online TV, the municipal budget structure, the city hall e-mail box service, the documentation workflow, participatory budget, public consultation and dialogue with citizens and how they are involved in the decision-making process.
