Foundation Opera Campana dei Caduti”

The Foundation is presided over by a Regency Council composed of the Regent, the Deputy Regent and ten Councillors. At the Miravalle Pass, the city of Rovereto receives the Bell of the War Dead -  called Maria Dolens - conceived and initiated by the priest Antonio Rossaro after the Great War as the immortal symbol of condemnation of conflicts, the pacification of the conscience, the brotherhood between men and solidarity between peoples. To date, eighty-four countries have draped their flag around the Bell.
