Webinar: “Provision of online services for the community residents”

On April 28, the Union of Communities of Armenia organized a webinar entitled “Provision of online services for the community residents”. During the webinar, the discussions were held about the issue of providing online services to the community members. The representatives of state bodies, LSG bodies, and specialists participated in the webinar. The webinar aimed to find out how effectively the communities organize the remote service of the citizens, and how the quality of the provision of those services can be improved, especially in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. The organization of this webinar was vital and urgent, taking into consideration the difficulties of receiving public services, which citizens started to face during the time of the pandemic. The participants of the webinar decided to propose to the RA Government to adopt a national program in this sphere as a result of these discussions.
