Webinars on the topic of How to work online during the state of emergency

The webinars on how to work online during the state of emergency were held with the participation of dozens of municipal servants responsible for communication.
During the webinars, such issues as what kind of innovative tools to use for making information visible, how to work with auditorium especially with active users, the work on the Community News Facebook page were discussed.
During the discussion, the participants represented the situation in their communities, the problems they face these days. The communication specialist of the Union of Communities of Armenia represented them some tools for planning their works in social media, communicating with community members, and ensuring their participation at the local level despite the challenge of the COVID-19 pandemic.
At the end of the discussion, a working document was formed for further work.
