Polignano R-evolution
« Polignano R-evolution » takes part in the European Local Democracy Week - a paneuropean event coordinated by the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe - as « Partner association »
The association " Polignano R -Evolution ", created in 2011, aims to promote active citizenship, and encourage the involvement of citizens in Polignano a Mare in the public decision-making, using methods of participatory democracy, inspired by the principles of honesty, legality, ethics, secularism, competence and transparency. Some of the activities carried out by the association are: information campaigns on public goods, promotion of open meetings between citizens and members of the Italian Parliament, cooperation in various initiatives aimed at promoting and protecting human rights.
