« Karsiyaka » takes part in the European Local Democracy Week - a paneuropean event coordinated by the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe - as « Partner city »

A motion was made in order to participate as a 12 Star City in the European Local Democracy Week and it was accepted. After the council decision within the framework of European Local Democracy Week of European Council t-shirts, survey forms, schedule of events, swallowtail flag, 12 Star City desk flag, Council of Europe desk flag, Congress desk flag, European Local Democracy Week flag, large-sized 12 Star City flag, stands, tarp, poster, banner and event posters were made. In all visual materials, logos of Council of Europe, Congress, European Local Democracy Week were used together with Karsiyaka 12 Star City logo.
