« Office International du Coin de Terre et des Jardins Familiaux » takes part in the European Local Democracy Week - a paneuropean event coordinated by the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe - as « Partner association »

The Office International du Coin de Terre et des Jardins Familiaux is the most important European non-profit making union of national allotment and leisure garden federations with more than 2 million affiliated leisure gardeners and leisure family gardens.

The International Office was founded on 3rd October 1926 and will celebrate its 90th anniversary this year. It unites national federations from Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great-Britain, Japan, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden and Switzerland.
