Seminar: Citizen participation, consultation and commitment: for a living local democracy

The seminar was held in Kharkiv City Council with the participation of representatives of the Town Hall, the public and the diplomatic corps.
The Youth Council has developed a programme of participatory budget, through which Kharkiv citizens will be able to participate in the distribution of some of the local budget funds and decide independently on what needs to use these funds. At the same time, the Youth Council is developing a new urban site and mobile application that will allow Kharkiv residents to share their ideas, initiatives and decide how they want to see Kharkiv in the future.
