“Painting Education” for children with disabilities

Our municipality conducts painting education to the disabled children at the “Center of Education and Social Life for the Disabled”. We inform the students about the works done by the Municipality. We also inform the students about the ELDW concepts, such as the importance of citizen participation and the increasing capability of the local government as the full participation of the citizens have been reached.
