We do ‘how to use smart phones’ trainings at the coffee houses within the limits of our city especially to middle-aged and elder citizens. After those trainings, our citizens can easily use their smart phones and the applications. So they can benefit the mobile public services and also they can get socialized thanks to those trainings.
