The Pervomaisky district is located in the north-east of the Tomsk region. The administrative center is located in Pervomayskoe village. The composition of the district includes 45 settlements. The population is over 18000 persons, among them more than 30 nationalities. It has become home for Russians, Ukrainians, Estonians, Poles, Germans, Koreans and many other people.
