« Association of the Council of municipalities of Belgorod region » takes part in the European Local Democracy Week - a paneuropean event coordinated by the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe - as « Partner association »
The Association of the Council of municipalities of Belgorod region is a non-profit organization established on a voluntary basis by the municipalities located on the territory of Belgorod region, in order to protect the rights of municipalities that are Members of the Association, to represent their common interests and to ensure the co-ordination of the activities of Members of the Association in the areas of legal, organisational, and financial-economic development.
