During a live broadcast streaming, Mayor Mr. Kamil SAKA shared the results of the survey and he personally read all the comments which was written on the surveys. Furthermore a second live broadcast streaming was made throughout social media for answering to the questions which directly came on the official Facebook page of Edremit Municipality.
With this initiative the Municipality aimed to explore the opinions of the citizens in order to optimise its current projects, trying to adapt them to the citizens’ needs, making them feel involved and valued.
Between 27th September– 5th October Edremit Municipality conducted an online citizens’ satisfaction survey to explore their eventually complaints, collecting suggestions and advices but in particular to understand how much citizens of Edremit are correctly aware about which duties respectively concerning the Edremit Municipality and which ones concerning the Metropolitan Municipality of Balikesir. This nine day lasting survey collected 183 participants from every district of Edremit.
