As part of our Local Democracy Week 2018 activities, we’ve invited some of our officers and councillors to go face to face in a new series of videos. The videos are being shared via our Intranet for Kirklees Council staff, on our Chief Executive’s blog, on our Kirklees Democracy YouTube channel, and via our email bulletins and social media.
We hope this helps our staff to reflect on our common aims, and to feel more confident about involving councillors in their work. We also hope it helps our citizens to learn more about how councillors and officers are working together to strengthen our local democracy.
