Public dialogue platform “TRANSPARENCY IN CHERNIVTSI”

In order to achieve wider participation by the citizens of Chernivtsi in public life, the public dialogue platform entitled “TRANSPARENCY IN CHERNIVTSI” was initiated. The platform was first designed to provide information on the project concerning energy efficiency measures for 33 public buildings, and then to inform the community about other city projects.
