The Mayor of Karnobat Municipality (Bulgaria), Georgi Dimitrov, and his staff, visited the K?rklareli Municipality.
He met with the Mayor of the K?rklareli Municipality, Mehmet Siyam Kesimo?lu who expressed his wish to see both municipalities becoming "sister city". Both mayors decided to meet again later on.
