Our sister city Stip from Macedonia, performed dances with her folklore group in the scope of the European Local Democracy Week and the audience had been pleasant moments. In addition, representatives of the municipality of Stip who visited our mayor in his office expressed their satisfaction with the development of our sister city relations. They said that folklore dances have a mission to be transfered belonging to the region to survive and be introduced to the next generations. The Children's Folk Dance Team of 30 people from our sister city, Stip-Macedonia, came to our city. The sister city relationship between local governments has an important role in many aspects such as development, cooperation, good practice transfers, social services, environmental policies and protection of cultural heritage. In addition, sister city relations; it provides flexibility and convenience to communities to address common issues for mutual benefit.
The Children's Folk Dance Group of 30 people from our sister city, Stip-Macedonia, enjoyed a pleasant time with the traditional clothing and folk dances of the region.
