How to build together an inclusive and fraternal society which recognises the essential role of the "Foreigner" in the city?
Initiated by the Council of Foreign Residents, the conference launched on October 20 will be held for one year through thematic workshops with the aim of co-constructing a white paper gathering proposals for good practices and concrete actions.
