Youth More Enlightened – Talk with João Manzarra (Juventude+Esclarecida – Palestra com João Manzarra)

This particular activity is one of the sessions resulting of the winning project “Youth More Enlightened”, of the 5th edition of the Youth Participatory Budget of Valongo. This project had its roots based on talks with young people and famous people/influencers, whose main goal was the sharing of their personal and professional experiences in certain topics of life. This particular one had the Portuguese TV presenter and personality João Manzarra, who essentially talked about healthy lifestyles in a holistic and educational sense. With a humorous approach so intrinsically associated with him, the speaker also talked about the process juggling a professional life with a personal one, and finding true balance between them. He then proceeded to answer questions from his audience.
