Meditation Sessions for Adults (Aulas de Meditação para Adultos)

These two Meditation sessions for Adults were incorporated in the ELDW as a massive manifestation of interest of the population with activities of this kind, due to its promotion of wellness and general well-being. The Municipality of Valongo heard attentively the population regarding their wishes and needs, and chose to launch the activity in the ELDW celebrations.
