The Youth Municipal Council was also integrated in the ELDW celebrations. This initiative aims to give active voice to this particular target group, regarding the matters of youth and its policies. One can also attest to the presence of the Alderman of Youth, who presented the plan of action of the Municipality of Valongo for 2020 regarding Youth, and who invited the attendees to make their opinions heard and voice out what priorities, in their opinions, should be tackled first and foremost.
