Within the framework of the Strategic Plan 2019-2024, we published a survey including all citizens from all walks of life to shape our city and improve our municipal services and direct our citizens to this survey. At the same time, we held meetings with all the mukhtars of the neighborhood. At the same time, we want to start a process involving citizens directly by conducting neighborhood meetings. We plan to develop this through the occasion of European Local Democracy.
