The Avc?lar Balkan Turks Association and Avc?lar Municipality organized a commemoration event on the 30th anniversary of the forced migration of Bulgarian Turks. The forced migration of Bulgarian Turks in May, June and July 1989 was commemorated at Avc?lar Bar?? Manço Cultural Center. The opening speech was given by Avc?lar Mayor Av. Turan Dagerli. Bo?aziçi University Faculty Member Dr. Prof. Nesrin Özören, Assoc. Dr. Prof. Dr. Bülent Y?ld?r?m, Assoc. Dr. Neriman Ersoy Hacisalihoglu made a speech.
