The Neighborhood Council Project

All local and foreign residents within the boundaries of Muratpa?a District are natural members of the Neighborhood Council. All neighbors have equal voting rights in the Neighborhood Council.
The minimum age to vote in the Neighborhood Council is 13.
After the issues subject to voting in the Neighborhood Council are announced, they are discussed in the Council Forum for a minimum of three days. At the request of the members, the discussion period can be extended by voting.
The subject is presented to voting at the end of three days. The voting period is announced in advance. The voting results are presented to the Muratpa?a Municipal Council as a proposal of the Neighborhood Council.
