Muratpa?a's Municipality carried a series of Public Relations and communication projects into effect to directly obtain requests, recommendations and complaints of its citizens in order to address them. In this way, requests, recommendations and complaints of all citizens in the county are obtained and conveyed to relevant departments. The Municipality generates solutions in compliance with the expectations of the people via the municipal application desk, the call center, mobile teams, social media, and provides involvement of citizens in administration. As soon as the request is received by sub-units, it is conveyed to the Reception Coordination Center and feedback about the process is provided with the citizens within two days at the latest.
