At the Project Cycle Management Training certificate ceremony held at Abdullah Sevimçok Civil Society and Innovation Centers (ASS?M), Muratpa?a Mayor Ümit Uysal delivered a speech about the ELDW.
20 staff from different directorates of the municipality attended the 36-hour training sessions held in ASS?M. During the trainings, groups of 5 were formed, and an idea was defined from the perspective of the European Union, from funding, evaluation and how to turn into a project.
