Dialogue for citizens

In collaboration with local associations in Huddinge, we had three different dialogues in different areas in Huddinge. The areas have a lower voter turnout in the political elections and is a reason for especially including the areas. The areas also have a lower confidence to local authorities and a lower trust between people. The overall purpose of the dialogues is to focus on trying to create trust between people who live in these areas. We live in a segregated society and in segregated areas, sometimes you have prejudice against groups in your own area and it is seldom you meet them. The dialogues intend to bring people together to talk about identity and trust building. With increased trust and mutual meetings between people, one can strengthen the local democracy.
