As part of the celebration of this event, the SCTM opened a special page on its website, dedicated to basic examples of good practice from cities and municipalities in the field of e-democracy. In the context of ELWD, e-democracy represents all new electronic communications that can be used to encourage local democracies and citizen participation at the local level. Webpage will continue to exist after opening and will be regularly updated.
