"Lessons for those in need of additional classes in the Russian language"

In 2020, a new project was launched in Sennoy Okrug - lessons for schoolchildren in need of additional classes in the Russian language as part of the "Course of speech adaptation and correction for foreign children". Inophones are children of foreign citizens who came with their parents to a new country of residence from neighboring countries. Such children are distinguished by a weak command of the Russian language, a lack of knowledge about the basics of Russian culture, history, traditions and norms of behavior, which makes it difficult for them to integrate into the social and cultural life of Russian society and adapt to it. The cycle of classes consists of 24 lessons on different topics: "How are you at school?", "Come visit me!", "What's for lunch?", "Oh, I have a pain", etc. Classes are held for 2 groups of students of 10 people each: for students in grade 2, classes are held at school number 241 and for students in grade 4 - at the Youth Center for Spanish Language and Culture. Lessons are taught by a teacher - candidate of pedagogical sciences, specializing in Theory and Methods of Teaching and Education (Russian as a Foreign Language). In an interactive game form, children develop oral and speech skills in order to better adapt to the language environment.
