History and culture of local self-government practices in the Penza region

Participants: students of grade 9 During this event, students learned many interesting facts about the history of local government, discussed existing practices. The ninth-graders talked about local self-government as one of the forms of the exercise of power by the people and that, being an institution of civil society, local self-government acts as a way of forming public power at the local level and at the same time as a form of citizens' participation in government.
