The seminar aims at:
-discussing and sharing on the French experience in the field of intercommunal cooperation and governance
-developing structuring projects with diaspora communities
-developing the attractiveness of territories through heritage tourism.
This seminar aims at developing structuring projects in the framework of decentralised cooperation in compliance with local and national development strategies.
Numerous projects are currently in a nascent phase and will be launched officially during the seminar, in the presence of the Mayors of Moldova and of France, international organisations (NPUD) and NGOs with mission delegations. Depending on the projects, exploratory visits will take place before or after the seminar.
