Zero Waste Festival in Beşiktaş

Beşiktaş Elementary School and Beşiktaş Municipality has worked together to promote recycling through a Zero Waste Festival during the World Recycling Week. The festival, held on Wednesday, April 26, 2023, took place in the yard of Beşiktaş Elementary School, and included a waste collection activity aimed at recycling.
Organized by Beşiktaş Municipality’s Directorate of Climate Change and Waste Management, the event provided recycling vehicles in the area, and the participants were able to support the activities by bringing their recyclable wastes such as paper, plastic, glass, metal, oil and textile.
