City of Sombor

City of Sombor is located in the West Backa region of the Republic of Serbia. Its administrative area spreads over 1.216 km² and it counts 85.903 inhabitants. According to "Transparency Serbia", City of Sombor is the second most transparent city in Serbia in 2021. Good practices related to participation of citizens in the decision-making process include participatory budgeting, public discussions, online options for reporting social issues, and a possibility of having a meeting with the Mayor on monthly basis.
