The municipality of Berchem-Sainte-Agathe is one of the smallest municipalities in Brussels. It is situated to the northwest of the city, has a surface area of 295 hectares and a population of just over 25,000. The rural character that the municipality has been able to preserve over the centuries makes it a real "village in the city", a village in which conviviality is an essential part of daily life.
