AFIES Foundation
« AFIES Foundation » takes part in the European Local Democracy Week - a paneuropean event coordinated by the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe - as « Partner association »
Afies Foundation is a non-profit organisation, created in 2002, which aims at promoting active citizenship by training, research and surveys. By this objective we are recently developing the European project "Operation Vote" in order to promote participation of EU citizens living in Spain by their participation in local and European parliamentary elections. In addition, this project concerns the participation of EU citizens in the activities of certain public and private institutions, such as political parties and trade unions.
