Sustainable Energy and Climate Action Plan Report Study
"Covenant of Mayors", the largest urban climate and energy initiative in the world, initiated by the European Union, involving more than 9,000 city and regional authorities from 57 countries, is an initiative with a long-term vision for climate change. Büyükçekmece municipality became a participant by signing the Covenant of Mayors on 01.06.2021, which aims to combat the global climate change of local governments. A Sustainable Energy and Climate Action Plan (SECAP) report is being prepared by the municipal experts within the scope of the relevant contract.
