LDA Edremit_Exchange of Good Practices with LDA Mostar and preparation of the Job shadowing visit of LDA Edremit in Mostar

After the signature ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding held on 15th October 2021 in Edremit, LDA Edremit establishment works continues to be implemented by ALDA and the Municipality of Edremit. The main objective of LDA Edremit is to encourage and support the democratic participation of the local community to the life of the city, in terms of consultation and continuous dialogue with the local administration. In this frame, ALDA and Edremit municipality, came together in order to work about the draft of the Strategic Plan of LDA Edremit for the year 2022- 2023. In this frame LDA Edremit is working at local level with the involvement of representatives of local civil societies and at international level with other LDAs for the exchange of good practices. LDA Edremit is planning a job shadowing visit in Mostar in order to get observe the activities and the functioning of the LDA office in Bosnia. During the meeting held online, on 9th November 2022, LDA Mostar's delegate shared a presentation of their office indicating the main operational areas, strategies and projects developed since now. LDA Edremit, released a brief presentation of the activities and procedures conducted since now. The consultation with LDA Mostar gave to LDA Edremit the opportunity to start a fruitful collaboration of mentoring that will culminate in the job shadowing visit in Mostar in January 2023.
