Kirklareli Municipality Organized Environmental Cleaning Event.

Kirklareli Municipality organized an environmental cleaning event as part of the European Local Democracy Week activities. Karahidir Grove was chosen as the event area. There was great interest in the environmental cleaning event where the public was invited. At the same time, NGOs and The Red Crescent in Kirklareli also participated in the event. Kirklareli Mayor Mehmet Siyam Kesimoglu and Kirklareli Deputy Mayor Burcu Bölükbasi attended the event, and cleaned together. People who moved to the event area with the vehicles of Kirklareli Municipality collected 40 big bags of garbage.The collected garbage was displayed in the city square to raise awareness. Kirklareli Municipality's catering vehicle offered water and food to the participants. The event, attended by a total of 200 people, made a great impression.
