Salep, one of the values of Buca for a period, came to life again in Do?anc?lar Neighborhood years later.
The regional farmer planted 20 thousand salep tubers supplied by the municipality and thus turned to a high yielding product that is about to disappear.
The goal is to contribute to both the economy and employment by encouraging agricultural production in rural neighborhoods.
