Iltiŕ is the first national-scale festival for rural communities to both explore and celebrate the emergence of community-based governance methodologies and strategies that are supported by public administration and include the participation of socially and ecologically conscious businesses and cooperatives. We will be announcing ELDW and encouraging all the participating organisations and municipalities to promote ELDW and organise events within their capacities.
