The right to the environment, by and for children

From 11/09/2023 to 30/11/2023
The right to grow up in a healthy environment is a fundamental right, protected in particular by the United Nations. But what is a healthy environment? In a (complicated) context of rapid change, the BiblioJette is offering a range of activities based on this right, which mobilises young people and is therefore a potential driver of democratic resilience. Between September and November 2023, children will be able to discover a number of plant and animal species, and understand the links between biodiversity, the biotope and human practices - both harmful and beneficial. The project will culminate in the production of a booklet compiling the children's experiences, which will be distributed to each child.
