The value of hospitality and cultural exchanges between communities that form twinnings will be the main issue of the Conference.
Vicovaro and Senglea (Malta) are starting a Twinning.
A delegation from Senglea will be hosted in Vicovaro and the meeting will be the occasion to sign the Friendship Agreement between the two Sister Cities.
During the Conference new cooperation's perspectives for development and resiliance in the twinning communities will be discussed. Representativs from Municipalities of Ustica Valley will be invited to the Conference and to take part in the twinning future activities.
