Located in the South-East of Romania, on the Romanian Plain, Br?ila occupies over 4765,8 km², and has 363.980 inhabitants, of which 214,045 live in urban areas.

Takes part in the ELDW with the aim of:

Improve social cohesion and respect of the others in the community

promoting a culture of respect for human rights
