As part of the European Local Democracy Week, by the Theatre of the Topolovgrad Public Education Centre was staged the Bulgarian theatre. Bulgarian immigrants living in our city showed interest in the theatre play. Since our city is a border region, it has received a great migration from Bulgaria in History and continues to receive migration. For this reason, many citizens speak Bulgarian. We took into consideration the immigrants living in our city when planning the Pan European event which is one of the conditions of European Local Democracy Week.
