Introductory meeting with participants in the Erasmus+ program

On 3 October 2017, students who had come to Bydgoszcz as part of the Erasmus+ programme had a meeting with the city’s authorities in the city hall. They talked about the city with the deputy mayor of Bydgoszcz, watched a short film about Bydgoszcz and shared their first impressions about their stay.
With the help of students from Bydgoszcz, they became acquainted with the city and the university. The newcomers were able to familiarise themselves with public transport, to visit the university campus and various historic places and monuments in Bydgoszcz.
On 3rd October students who came to Bydgoszcz within the Erasmus+ programme met in the city hall with the city authorities. They could talk about the city with the deputy mayor of Bydgoszcz, they saw a short film about Bydgoszcz and shared their first impressions about their stay in our city.
That time the international students started the so-called ‘Orientation week’. With the help of students from Bydgoszcz they got acquainted with the city and the university. During this week newcomers had a chance to get familiar with the functioning of public transport, see the university campus, visit some historic places and monuments in Bydgoszcz. They also gained support from their Polish friends to complete the necessary paperwork.
